The 3rd Mindanao Policy ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Forum was the first of many activities held in observance of the Development Policy ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Month (DPRM) in September. This forum, which carried the theme "Federalism as Policy Option for a Decentralized Inclusive Development" was held on September 7, 2017 at the Ateneo De Zamboanga University (AdZU) in Zamboanga City. This event was organized by the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ and Mindanao Development Authority, in partnership with AdZU.
