ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ

The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ (PIDS) and the Congressional Planning and Budget ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Department (CPBRD) of the House of Representatives will resume its Legislators Forum Series with a paper presentation on the Assessment of the Bottom-up Budgeting Process for FY 2015 on November 10, 2015, at the House of Representatives. Dr. Rosario G. Manasan, PIDS Senior ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Fellow, will present the findings of the assessment done by PIDS on the conduct of the FY 2015 round of the BUB in 12 municipalities in the provinces of Agusan del Norte, Camarines Sur, Negros Occidental, and Quezon.
